Shipping & Delivery Info
Processing: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
Shipping: Orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within the continental US via USPS (subject to weather delays).
Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories: Please expect extended delivery times. Due to USPS HAZMAT restrictions, these orders must travel by boat.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow its journey in real time.

Lost or Stolen Shipments
Once your order is transferred to the courier, the carrier assumes full responsibility for its safe delivery. Scentaari is not liable for lost or stolen packages. However, should an issue arise, we are happy to assist your investigation by providing any necessary documentation or order details to support your claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your checkout. We ship directly to the address provided and cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
Address Corrections: If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can only update your address if the package has not yet been transferred to the carrier.
Returned to Sender Fee: If a package is returned to us by the carrier, the original shipping fee (regardless of whether your order qualified for free shipping) plus a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total order refund. This policy applies to packages returned due to:
An incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing apt, suite, or unit number).
An expired or invalid forwarding address.
The recipient no longer residing at the address.
The package remaining unclaimed by the receiver.
