All Sales Final: To guarantee the 100% authenticity and quality of our fragrances and prevent tampering, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please choose your samples carefully.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order details and a clear photo of the damage so we can quickly coordinate next steps.
Tip: If you don't hear back from us right away, please check your spam or junk folder for our reply.
Scent Preferences
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal taste or dislike of a fragrance. Because scent is highly subjective, we highly encourage reviewing the detailed fragrance notes and descriptions before completing your purchase.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Window: Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Processing Deadline: Please note that once an order has been processed—even if it's within the first 24 hours—it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Returned to Sender Fee: If a package is returned to us by the carrier, the original shipping fee (regardless of whether your order qualified for free shipping) plus a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total order refund. This policy applies to packages returned due to:
An incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing apt, suite, or unit number).
An expired or invalid forwarding address.
The recipient no longer residing at the address.
The package remaining unclaimed by the receiver.
